Orders & delivery
Is delivery free?
Yes. There is no shipping charge at checkout. Orders are shipped with trusted partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery and Ecom Express.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped within 0–2 days. Orders in metros are generally delivered within 3–5 days and other locations within 5–7 days, subject to courier norms.
How will I know my order has shipped?
Once your order ships, we email you the tracking details. You can also check the status on our Track Order page, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
How is my order packed?
Every product is quality checked, packed in a zip-lock pouch or butter paper, wrapped in layers of bubble wrap and sent in a secure box.
Payment
How can I pay?
Pay securely at checkout with any UPI app, debit or credit card, or netbanking through PhonePe.
Is cash on delivery available?
Not at the moment. All orders are paid online through PhonePe.
Are prices inclusive of taxes?
Yes. All prices are MRP, inclusive of all taxes, and delivery is free.
Exchange & returns
What if an item arrives damaged or not as expected?
Send us a photo within 24 hours of receiving your parcel on WhatsApp at +91 81408 04036 or by email to sales@kitchcut.com, and we will arrange an exchange.
How long do I have to report a problem?
Please report any defect, damage or issue within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Issues raised later cannot be accepted.
Can I refuse a parcel that looks tampered with?
Yes. If you suspect the package has been tampered with, you may reject it at the time of delivery.

Products & care
Are your products safe for food use?
Yes. Our kitchenware is made from food-grade materials, so you can use it for everyday food without worry.
How do I clean and look after them?
Most products are dishwasher safe. For the best results, hand wash with a mild soap and avoid abrasive scrubbers.
Can I use them in the microwave or freezer?
Many of our products are microwave and freezer safe. Please check the Specifications tab on each product page for that item.

In India. Kitchcut is a division of SP International, Rajkot, Gujarat.
